Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces pear juice or nectar
- 1 ounce tequila
- 1 ounce mezcal
- 3/4 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Agave in the Raw
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
- 1 piece fresh ginger (a thin slice or two, cut in half)
- 1 piece candied ginger, for garnish (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky smoked sea salt, regular flaked sea salt, or cocktail salt for rimming the glass (optional)
