- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup honey (preferably organic and local)
- 1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup whole natural almonds, toasted and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup (packed) coarsely chopped dried apricots
