- 8 ounces Taleggio cheese, rind removed and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 24 cocktail rye bread slices
- 4 ounces fontina cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
