Chuck Roast Chili
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chuck roast
- 2 strips bacon - chopped
- 2 cloves garlic - chopped
- 1/2 white or red onion - chopped
- 1 10 oz can Rotel
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 14.5 oz. can fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1/2 14.5 oz. can beef broth
- 1 cup beer of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 15 oz. can pinto beans - drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
