Ingredients

• 2 pounds bag of mussels
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons white wine or clear cider
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 3 large garlic gloves
• 1/2 of a vidalia vidalia onion
• 1 plum tomaro
• 1 red bell pepper
