- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large red onion, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick rounds
- 1 red bell pepper, stem and seeds removed and cut into strips about 1/2 inch wide
- 1/2 cup Greek-style thick yogurt
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 4-6 soft flat breads (like Syrian ones) or pitas
