- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1/2 tablespoon fermented bean curd
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (+/- to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 tablespoon tapioca flour
- 1/2 tablespoon annatto seed oil
