- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons freshly minced marjoram leaves
- 2 teaspoons freshly minced thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 cups chicken stock, low-sodium
- 2 bay leaves
