Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 cup shiitake mushroom caps,sliced
- 1 tbsp dark sesame oil
- 1 x garlic clove, pressed or minced
- 1 x Red Pepper dried,chopped or crushed, seeds intact
- 2 x green onions, cut into 1/3 diagonal lengths(white and green parts)
- 3 fl oz napa cabbage leaves, drained and roughly chopped
- 1 lb extra-firm tofu
- 1/4 cup Black Sesame Seeds, toasted briefly in a dry skillet
