- 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning (or dried sage)

- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 C low sodium chicken stock
- 1 C quinoa, rinsed
- 1/4 C parsley, minced
- 6 oz reduced fat monterey jack cheese, shredded
