- small bunch of parsley chopped
- 1 lemon zested, then cut into wedges to serve

- 100g fresh breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil for deep-frying, plus extra for the tin
- mixed green salad to serve
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 300ml milk
- 50g mature cheddar grated
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
