Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 6 Cloves of Garlic smashed and diced
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- 2.5 pounds Thinly Sliced Beef Heart (between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick or even thinner if you can get a butcher to cut it thinner)
- 1/2 Large Onion (any kind is fine) cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 6 tablespoons Sugar (use white or brown depending on preference)
