- 1/2 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 egg whites
