Breakfast rolls
Ingredients
- 3.5 cups Bread Flour
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup Mixed Berries and Raisins(combination of raisins, cranberries, currants, or other dried fruit may be used)
- 1 &1/4 cups Milk
- 2&1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons butter/oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing the rolls
- 2 tablespoons honey for brushing the rolls
