Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour; 1 teaspoon salt; 4 teaspoons baking powder; 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda; 1 tablespoon honey; 5 tablespoons butter, melted plus more for greasing the waffle iron; 3/4 cup half and half, at room temp.; 1 cup light colored beer, like a pilsner or a light Belgian; 2 large eggs, at room temp., lightly beaten
