- 3 ounces grated Jack cheese
- 3 ounces grated Smoked Gouda
- 2 tablespoons shaved Parmesan
- 2 cups of 2% milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 flour
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Crumb top
- 15 butter crackers
- 4 ounces shaved Parmesan
