Ingredients
- 300 grams Coarse whole-wheat flour
- 150 grams White, self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda
- 1 teaspoon Finely ground salt
- 100 grams Thick, Greek style yoghurt - Fage works quite well.
- 1 Large, free range egg
- 300 milliliters Full fat, whole milk
- 2 tablespoons Good quality honey
- 7 grams Butter (for greasing)
- 1 handful Jumbo Oats
