- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 -2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1 (6 oz) can black olives, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped finely
- 1 (1 oz) package burrito seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt , to taste
- 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained
- 3 -4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 cups corn chips , nacho cheese
- 1 -2 cup avocado dip (depending upon taste)
- 1 -2 cup sour cream (depending upon taste)
