Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 Teaspoon fine salt
- 3/4 Cups cold unsalted butter, cut into quarter-inch cubes and frozen
- 1/4 Cup vegetable shortening, preferably in baking stick form, frozen and put back in the freezer
- 1/2 Cup plus a tablespoon of ice-cold water
