Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Light Oil
- 1 pound large shrimp ; boiled, cooled and shell removed. Leave the tail section to provide a handle
- 1/2 cup Vinegar (White or Cider)
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Dry mustard
- 2 tsp Tony Chachere's (or old bay)
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large Vidalia Onion ; peeled, cut in half, and sliced thin
- 2 whole Bay leaves
