- 2 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons (8 g) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon (2 g) fine sea salt
- 1+3/4 sticks (200 g) butter, at room temperature
- 1,5 cups (300 g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon (3 g) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) ground allspice
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
