Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 large, sweet red peppers, roasted (if fresh, see note)
- 2 cans garbanzo beans(chickpeas) well rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Tahini
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Paprika, for finishing
