Ingredients
- Crimson cranberry salad:
- 1 lb. cranberries
- 1 ½ cups water
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 small packages cherry jello
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 cup seedless white grapes (cut into halves)
- 2 cups crushed pineapple
- 1 cup finely chopped celery

- Topping:
- ¼ cup milk
- 16 marshmallows
- ½ cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
- __________________________
- Low calorie topping: (alternate topping, does not set as well)
- 1 – 8oz cool whip (fat free)
- 1 carton 24oz. of cottage cheese (bet in blender until smooth)
- 1 – 8 oz cream cheese
- 2-3 tbls of sugar
