- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 carrot roughly chopped {raw or steamed}
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 1/2 small banana {preferably frozen}
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of allspice
- 1 TBSP orange or lemon juice , optional
- 1 TBSP maple syrup or honey, optional
