Okra Succotash
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound okra, fresh
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1/2 Vidalia onion, medium, diced
- 2 cup Lima beans, frozen
- 2 corn ears, fresh
- 1/2 cup stock, chicken or vegetable
- 1 dash Worcestershire
- 2 dash your favorite hot sauce (something like Tobasco, Frank's, or Crystal; I use Williamson Bros.)
- 2 pinch oregano, fresh
- 2 pinch flaky salt
- 2 pinch black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon butter, unsalted (I use cultured)
- 1 lime, cut into wedges (optional)
