Ingredients
- 3 acorn squash
- 1 cup brown basmati rice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 pound ground turkey
- 1 1/2 cups onion, sliced (1 large or 2 small)
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 pound spinach (or other green)
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup asiago cheese, grated (or parmesan)
