Ingredients
- 1 cup quaker quick oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 1 packet dry yeast (I tend to use Fleischmann's Dry Yeast individual packets)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 5 cups all purpose flour (plus more for dusting)
