- 400g basmati rice, cooked
- 1 tsp soy sauce, plus extra to serve (optional)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 pre-cooked salmon fillets, flaked
- chilli oil, to serve (optional)
