- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup rocoto paste
- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, and thinly sliced
