Ingredients
- 1 cup small sweet peas
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of white pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon thyme (leaves only - no stems)
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
- butter for the ramekins
