Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
- 5 chicken sausages (i used parmesan spinach ones) thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium bell pepper, diced
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried fennel seed
- 1 can(s) petite diced tomatoes with jalapenos (only drain off half of the liquid)
- 2 can(s) cannelini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 - 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
