Ingredients
- 1 1/2 yellow onions, chopped and divided
- 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 tablespoon rosemary sprigs
- 2 tablespoons fresh fennel sprigs
- 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 6 cups frozen peas
- 1 1/2 cups your favorite greens (I used spinach)
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
