- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 ( 15 - ounces ) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Dash freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese (about 2 ounces)
- 6- 8 fresh basil leaves , torn
