- 1 tablespoon quick-cooking tapioca

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 8 ounces frozen peeled and deveined medium shrimp, thawed
- 2 cups hot cooked brown rice
