Fiery roasted tomato soup

Ingredients

• 4 cups canned or frozen roasted tomatoes, or 8-10 large ripe tomatoes
• olive oil
• salt and pepper
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 1 tablespoon Harissa (or a little more for a little more spice kick!)
• 1/4 cup creme fraiche
