- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (sweet Spanish if possible)
- 1/3 cup sherry wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup grated hard cheese (Swiss, gruyere, or Parmesan)
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
