- 2 stalks Chinese broccoli (stems into chopped quarter inch rounds, leaves shredded into thin pieces)
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 pint cold, leftover rice
- 1/2 cup picked crab meat
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup scallions (light green and white parts only)
