- 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 dried bay leaf
- 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes (from 1 [14-ounce] can)
