- 1/4 cup diced prosciutto

- 12 to 15 skewers, soaked in water for 1 hour
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Sun-dried Tomato Dressing, recipe follows
- 4 ounces oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, julienned, oil reserved
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
- Gray salt and freshly ground black pepper
