Ingredients
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp chili flake (optional)
- Pinch of cayenne
- ground black pepper
- salt
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken (I used half breast and half thighs, any combo works, just *don't* use all breasts)
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
