Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon apple cider or white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ice water
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3 sheets gelatin (or 1 tablespoon powdered)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup soy milk (I used a fresh soy milk that was sweetened, but any regular carton soy milk, or even Vitasoy would work)
