- 2 cup cooked lentils (1 can of lentils will do)

- 1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoon Vegan worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
