Ingredients
- 220g plain flour plus extra for dusting
- 1 tbsp golden caster sugar
- 110g unsalted butter chilled and diced
- 1 large egg yolk
- 120g mascarpone
- 250ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 300g fruit (we used cherries, redcurrants and various berries), chopped if necessary
