- ¾ cup milk
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh minced basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 10-12 ounces your favorite pasta, we used whole grain penne
