- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- One 28-ounce can whole peeled plum tomatoes, crushed by hand
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup packed fresh parsley leaves, chopped
