- 2 quart prepared or purchased chicken stock
- 1 cup matzo meal, Manischewitz Brand (preferred)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 pound chicken, cooked & pulled
- 4 ounce celery, thin slice bias
- 1 ounce celery, hearts only
- 1/4 bunch thyme
