- For the patties:
- 1 pound salmon, cooked or raw, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 small lemon, juiced
- 1/2 large orange, juiced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- For the sauce and remaining ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 splash water
- 1 can of pineapple rings
- 4 butter lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 pairs of hamburger buns
- mayonnaise or other plain spread of choice
