Red White and Blue Crepe Cake

- 2 cups whole milk, at room temperature
- 1 cup warm water
- 8 large eggs
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus more for coating the pan
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Pinch kosher salt
- Confectioners' sugar and fresh berries, for serving
