- 6 scallions, sliced thinly
- 2 packages of chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove excess water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped finely
- 3 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons 1%-fat cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 pie crust, left at room temperature for 10 minutes before using
- Egg wash - 1 egg beaten with a splash of water
