- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons jalapeno, minced
- For Huevos Rancheros:
- 8 Eggland's Best eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large chilie in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 ounce can diced tomatoes, with juices
- 15 oz. can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 oz. canned diced green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
- Shredded cheddar cheese and fresh cilantro for garnish
